For those of you who follow my blog, you might recognize this little man. I cannot get enough of him… and if mom and dad don’t watch out.. he might end up with me after the next session! hahah. 🙂
On a slightly personal note: I don’t think I have mentioned that I got a pet bird a few months ago. It is a small parrot that I am teaching to talk and do tricks. He is only 5 months old and is already chatting and doing dances for me. I feel like a parent. I get sooo excited when he says a new word, flies right to me, gives me kisses, or chirps when I walk in the door. I even feel bad when I am not at home! HAHA. AND, now that I recently upgraded to the iphone 3gs.. I am constantly taking videos of him. Oh, what a proud mom I am!
Soooo.. I can now relate with parents when they get excited about new “tricks” their kids are doing! Ok, ok, it’s not totally the same.. but it’s entertaining!
At nine months, Julian has a few new tricks up his sleeve since the last I saw him! He is standing.. and sometimes balancing without holding on. He was a little to shy to show that all the way off to me.
He is giving dad a high 5…
Making some very entertaining faces and squealing…
Sitting in a big boy chair all by himself, while getting his foot all the way up to his mouth… ahhh the flexibility of a baby 😉
And loves to turn the pages during story time.
At the end of the session, we thought we’d give him a little bath as he loves to splash… but I think he was confused at the whole kitchen sink thing…. but they turned out sooo darn cute anyway!
And just a warning for any future kids who might want to book me to shoot them… sometimes I take stuff away from you just to see these cute, cute tears! So hold onto your pacifiers, blankies, spoons, water bottle caps, snacks, or suckers…Miss Jamie just might snatch it away for a second or two just capture something like below! 😉

Jamie – I LOVE these! You are so good! Nice job on capturing the tears… Julian has fully recovered from the experience:)
Jamie,
Fantastic work as always! LOVE that you captured the drool down to his toe. 🙂 And the kitchen sink shot has such great light, what a fun shot of Julian! LOVE this update to the blog!
🙂
