Finding ways to grasp the attention of three little kids at the same time is an art. One is happy, one is daydreaming, and the other is pouting. My trick…. keep things moving. If one thing doesn’t work, move on to the next. While Olivia was not interested in prancing through the tickling grass, she quickly forgot about it as soon as we played parachute. With mom and dad waving the blanket high above their finger tips, they all giggled simultaneously. And just like that, she forgot about that grass brushing against her legs and ran under the parachute with a smile on her face. Finding small silly games to play during sessions is the easiest way to keep the littles engaged and the parents relaxed. Think like a child and you just might surprise yourself at how much more fun things become.
Silly faces.I absolutely adore this moment. Parachute fun with Landen’s little puppy along for the best part of the ride.I am pretty sure this is the surprised face I make too every time I look in the mirror after a session in a field.
And because every session should have an entertaining outtake…. Sorry, dad. This one is on you 🙂
