I feel like we are all in a rush all the time. To finish our to do list, to get out the door, to make it on time, to clean up, make dinner… all the things. But, when you slow down and just be present… you realize all of the little amazing moments that are unfolding in front of you. This is one of the reasons why I love regular family session more than mini sessions. More time to allow the kids to be who they are, connect with one another and capture more than the Christmas card. It’s the giggling faces, the squishy hugs and the dance parties. Take time in your day… every day… to notice those small things.
