Sometimes God sends us to the right place at just the right time. When we are at a pivoting life point, you can often find yourself in a hard… transitional place. A place that hurts, but hold fast because God does some of his best work there. I’ve seen it.

This sweet family is stepping into a new “story of us”. And on this night, just days shy of a milestone birthday for mom, they danced. The sun was shining… literally and figuratively. The joy they shared, the genuine laughter and the outpouring love… it was something special. After receiving an email from mom the next morning about how meaningful the night was….it brought forth emotions that reminds me why my heart is so invested in capturing these times. This just might be one of those nights God never lets me forget.
