Their story began with genuine friendship. Logan and his buddies could often be found at Ellie’s place in college, but they were simply friends. I’m not sure how it didn’t happen sooner since they are such a great match, but at some point it changed. Maybe it was the way she smiled or how fun it was to have him around…maybe the pressure of getting to know one another was off. Logan had attended many gatherings with Ellie’s family, but they were always friends. During his father of the bride speech, Ellie’s dad spoke about the moment he overheard her say that Logan was her boyfriend. Even in telling the story, there was a smile on his face. Ellie’s sister, Maggie, spoke perfectly about how another person is brought into the family. She remembered sitting at the dinner table with just her parents and siblings, knowing that one day other people would be a part of that same family dinner table. Logan, you now are that perfectly picked person that brings another seat to the table. Cheers to this friendship turned love story!
