Six of the prettiest avocados I’ve ever seen showed up at my doorstep last week. They made the long trip from Naples, Florida and still looked as perfect as can be. My uncle has an avocado tree in his backyard that has roughed it’s way through hurricanes and still manages to produce these babies each year. These came just in time for my New Years goal of eating out less. First on my list? The best guacamole ever, of course!

Here’s what’s in it in case your interested:)

2 large (fresh from Florida 😉 ) avocados

2 tsp fresh lime juice

3-4 TBS fresh cilantro

1/2 cup finely chopped red onions

1 serrano chili chopped

3-4 cloves garlic, finely minced

1/2 tsp sea salt

All all ingredients in a large bowl and mush together!
