Their day was filled with overwhelming emotions. As he saw her for the first time, joyful tears filled his eyes and she reached for him. Just before he walked his parents down the aisle, he took a deep breathe and prepared himself to marry the beautiful girl that anxiously waited behind him. As Derek stood and read his personal, hand written vows, his voice cracked for a moment. Samantha reached for him… just like a best friend should.
