When my friend, Brad, and his wife said they were coming into town for a mini vacation with their little ones, I basically forced them to do a session with me. This spur of the moment session ended with dirt in Ella’s hair and on every inch of Harvey’s body. 😉 This is what playtime is made of with two little kids. I love when the parents roll with things and allow me to capture the “beauty in the chaos”. It is the best way for me to document the spirit of a child. Brad..I hope the kids remember you as a loving, fun dad that was willing to do anything to laugh with them. Fallon… The way that little boy snuggles close to you shows his need for you. When he grows to big for your lap, remember that he will always need his mom. Insert.. ALL THE DIRT. I love when there are moments of sadness during the shoot. This often means a kiddo needs a parent. And then I have the opportunity to shoot what parents do best. Fixing unseen injuries. Making parenting look GOOD. 🙂
