On the same date, in the same church, their daughter vowed her love and future. Karissa’s mom and dad were married on August 13th, 1988. On their 28th wedding anniversary, they celebrated their only daughter marrying the man that would stand by her side always. The unforgettable bridal party began the day at the St. Paul Hotel and enjoyed the perfect weather as they walked the surrounding streets. Trent and his gentleman were entertaining and Karissa and her ladies were beautiful in their subtle toned dress and gorgeous bouquets. The smiles never left their faces as we dodged Pokemon chasers in the park, toasted to fantastic speeches, and sang the words of their first dance song. Remember this day and the love that brought you here. Cheers to many more stories that will make you laugh to tears and friends that make them worth telling!
Seamless teamwork with my second photographer Amy. Her image on the left and mine on the right. A beautifully engraved locket included a photo of the bride’s aunt who passed away unexpectedly before the wedding. A piece of Karissa’s heart ached when she wasn’t there… but she will never be forgotten. A proud mother.A flower girl who refuses to let her little brother ruin her moment in the limelight. Can you spot what’s wrong with this image below? Those would be the feet of the ring bearer…. bored during the ceremony…. but being very quiet!
A little girl dreaming of her day as a princess. Sharing a little anniversary time outside of their church.
Married!Oh my goodness. I was dying laughing through this series of photos.
When you get everyone split up but don’t give direction right away…. you get this. Prom pose with 7 guys. There were TONS of people in Rice park playing Pokemon Go. TONS. By the time we left the wedding at the end of the night, I thought there was a concert in the park because it was FILLED with people looking like zombies roaming and staring at their phones. But below… all you see is love. Grandparent moments I live for. When you hire a good dj that knows how to read a crowd, you get a P-A-R-T-Y! Thanks Adrian of Events by MV.
